We partner businesses on diversity and inclusion initiatives through actionable strategies; and mentor senior leaders to build sustainable businesses with an equal focus on people and profit. Tapping into our industry insights and broad experience, we also partner with Zone StartUps on training their women tech entrepreneur cohort on business scaling.
As a mentor with Zone Startups, Delna Avari has been engaging with our portfolio since some time. Specifically, we requested her to take the session on Business Scaling Strategy for our women entrepreneurs cohort and to put in short, the session was terrific. Delna understands the nuances and importance of business strategy and communicate it effectively in her session. Her session not only introduces the relevant theory part but she also uses lots of real life case studies from her experience to drive the points further. For a demography of audience like ours, she tailored her session to make it more suitable for entrepreneurs and women leaders. The audience found the session very useful and many of them engaged further with Delna post the session.
